The World of Experience is an imaginary cartography that maps the world of everyday existence. The cities, rivers and islands in these maps are called Change, Chaos or Growth and are located in areas such as Mountains of Work, Sea of Possibilities or Sources of Inspiration.
I conceived and produced the Atlas of the World of Experience together with Louise van Swaaij in 1999. An earlier edition appeared in a print run of more than half a million copies and was distributed in more than 17 translations worldwide.

A new adaptation, The Great Atlas of the World of Experience will be published by de Harmonie publishers.

Unfortunately, there are some very similar imitations of the Atlas of the World of Experience in circulation, which are used for personal development training and evaluation, among other things. These derivative associative cartographies regularly confuse fans and readers of my work. However, these imitations based on the World of Experience are expressly not exploited with the consent of the authors or the publisher.
