Motezuma is the title of Antonio Vivaldi's opera, which was lost and found by chance in 2002. For the world premiere in De Doelen in Rotterdam in 2005, I produced the graphic design; posters, the programme book, flyers, etc. The main part of the design features complex photomontages based on a score-based staged photography by Maarten Binnendijk. In addition to my mother's violin, Vivaldi's apparently original manuscripts are on display, but these are obviously trickery.
