For a conference in Accra, Ghana, I created a cartographic representation of issues in the cocoa product production chain.

The entire chain, situated on the west bank of an island, is plagued by problems, at the beginning of the chain in environmental, living and working conditions, at the end in certification and quality. Oxfam Novib's proposition, as leader of an alliance of non-governmental organisations it the world, was to invite all players in the chain to look over the mountain range in the middle of the island and explore the opportunities for improvement an the eastern, still green side of the island.

The map contributed and successful intervention and a shift in the conversation between stakeholders.
